Dionne Jr. (Brookings Institution), panelists Janai Nelson (NAACP Legal Defense), Trevor Potter (Campaign Legal Center), Maria Teresa Kumar (Voto Latino), and Kim Wehle (law professor and author of What You Need to Know About Voting and Why) discussed how and why democracy works better when more people participate in The Voting Process and what changes when more people vote.
